My anger has gotten the best of me recently, and I'm taking it out on people who don't deserve it. I have a lot of anxiety right now because I've lost my independence. (Crushed my ankle and was in hospital for a month.) I'm at home now, Thanks be to God, but still have to depend on others for walking my dog, taking out the trash, preparing my food since I can't stand on both feet yet...I am depressed.😢

Pls help me with prayers,am going down day by day,anger has made me lost important thing in life😢

Most people do not change. Unfortunately it is true I've lived this I need my sister to see she going to loose her daughter forever if she continues. He already cause them to loose their home. They were living in a pop up camper.. he tried to kill her she still somehow believes this is all her fault she won't stop she continues to soak up his lies like a sponge. This will never end I spent a longany pain ful years with a pervert abusive and physically violentan on and off my whole 20s I wasted my life on aan we never were never married.. but he didn't believe in it he witnessed his mother being best and he continued to do that to me.. he won't change he ink ow this.. he caused us to loose more than money could buy priceless. I needy sister to understand she trying to continue with a felony domestic assault abuser.. the state won't let this go I hope. I've failed before by a system fail and an officer that never signed a paper. I wanted to go to church I wanted to go do many things to help and I have so many times but I've also enabled her. She won't take any advice because she seen me put up with my ex... Now it's k er even though we do share a child.. it maybe different situation but this time she may just not live through next year especially if she continues with him.
